Whether you are looking to step up your training, or simply looking to start a new fitness routine, Pilates can create a foundation of strength, flexibility and spinal mobility.

Strengthen Your Core

One class will help to sow the seed, but consistency is key to help re-align your spine, build muscle strength and focus on pelvic (core) and shoulder girdle stability and mobility. Working with the foundation Pilates principles of core control, precision, alignment, breath and concentration, tense back and neck muscles will relax to help achieve a leaner, stronger more supple and relaxed body.

Make no mistake, mat Pilates can be challenging. Once we are sure you are in an appropriate class level, with beginners and intermediate options to choose from, beyond the basics be prepared for a full-body workout. All you need is your mat and a few props.
