The “Pilates meets Barre” class continues to focus on correct posture with a constant awareness of your core and pelvic placement. This class brings in elements of a Barre class with a greater emphasis on strength and cardio training. Repetitive body-weight exercises are carried out with micro-movements along side bursts of cardio work.
